Memory Care
Rooted in Connection Guided by Purpose
1019 Belle's Place Memory Care Services
Every Interaction Is an Opportunity to Connect.
We do not check boxes. We connect. Every interaction, every activity, and every moment of care is intentional and rooted in genuine connection.
Care That Grows Without a Move
Because Wabash offers both assisted living and memory care, your loved one can find the right level of support without leaving the community they know. Familiar faces, familiar halls, even as needs change.
Engagement Isn’t an Activity. It’s How We Care.
Our team members are not just caregivers. They are engagement specialists, trained to respond with empathy and create meaningful moments throughout the day.
Training is For Everyone Because Care Is Everyone's Job
Regardless of their role, every team member trains in caring for those with dementia. It is a commitment to showing up differently every single day.
A Team Built for Your Loved One
In our memory care community, care goes beyond routine. It is rooted in understanding. We are intentional about how we train and support our team members, transitioning them into engagement specialists who are equipped to connect in meaningful ways with residents living with dementia. Every qualified team member trains in caring for those with dementia. This is not just a credential. It is a commitment to showing up differently every single day.
What That Looks Like in Practice
Our team is available 24 hours a day, trained to respond with empathy and calm in every situation. Consistent staffing means our team truly knows each resident and can anticipate their needs. Because when you know someone's story, you can meet them where they are.
Caregivers Who Make a Difference
At 1019 Senior Living, we believe this work is more than a job. It is a calling. We look for team members who understand they have the opportunity to make a real impact: to bring comfort, dignity, and moments of joy to the lives of the seniors we serve.

Where Belle's Story Lives On
Belle, the grandmother of our founder, was a gifted artist who continued to paint and create even as she navigated dementia. Her journey is the reason this community carries her name, and the reason our approach to memory care is built around who a person is, not just what they can remember. We meet residents where they are, honor who they have always been, and create space for who they continue to be. Her story does not live in the past. It lives here, every day, in every moment we create together.
Care and Support, Centered Around What Matters Most
Families should feel confident in the care their loved one receives. That is why safety and clinical support are woven into every part of life at Belle's Place of Wabash.
Our community is supported by a dedicated Medical Director who helps oversee care and ensures strong coordination across services. Our team includes licensed nurses, CMAs, and CNAs who are present and prepared to support residents as their needs change, whether that means a little extra help or more hands-on care over time.
