Website Terms & Conditions

October 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of 1019seniorliving.com and any related pages and forms (the "Website"). The Website is operated by 1019 Healthcare Solutions, LLC, doing business as 1019 Senior Living ("1019," "we," "us," or "our"), together with its affiliated communities.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply only to your use of the Website. They do not govern residency, care, or services at any 1019 community. Those are governed by separate written agreements.

‍

2. Informational Purpose Only; No Medical Advice

The Website gives general information about 1019 Senior Living, our communities, services, careers, and related resources. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

  • No medical advice. Nothing on the Website is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always ask a physician or other qualified provider about a health condition or care needs.
  • Emergencies. Do not use the Website or its forms for urgent or emergency needs. In an emergency, call 911. For questions about a current resident, call the community directly.
  • No offer or agreement. Descriptions of communities, services, amenities, floor plans, availability, and pricing are for information only. They are not an offer or a guarantee and may change without notice. Admission, care, and pricing are set only by a signed residency or service agreement and by an individual assessment.
  • Photos and stories. Photos, videos, and resident or family stories show typical settings and experiences. Individual results and experiences vary.

‍

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website or submit forms. The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

‍

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, including on behalf of a resident or family member without authority.
  • Post or send content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or that violates anyone's privacy or rights.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Website's security or operation.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the Website or our systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Website by automated means without our written permission.
  • Use the Website to send spam or unsolicited advertising.
  • Copy, frame, or mirror any part of the Website for commercial use without our written permission.

‍

5. Inquiries, Tour Requests, and Communications

When you submit a contact, tour, or information request, you agree that we and our communities may contact you about it by phone, email, or mail.

Text messaging (SMS) program. 1019 Senior Living offers two optional text message programs, and you will receive only the type(s) you consent to by checking the matching box on our forms. Marketing messages include promotions, special offers, announcements, and updates about our communities. Informational/customer care messages include responses to your inquiries, appointment and tour scheduling, account-related updates, and service coordination. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, admission, or service.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opting out (STOP). You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send you one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Help (HELP). Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or contact us at info@1019healthcare.com or (765) 787-3172.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy. Information collected through our text message programs is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email. We may still send messages about an active inquiry or application.

Downloads. When you request an eBook or other resource, you agree to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Do not send protected health information, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers through Website forms. Share those only through the secure process a community gives you.

‍

6. Careers and Job Applications

Job postings on the Website are for information only. They are not an offer or a contract of employment, and positions may be filled or withdrawn at any time. Employment with 1019 is at will unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Applications are submitted through Indeed, and Indeed's terms and privacy policy apply to them. 1019 Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer.

‍

7. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, photos, videos, logos, community names, and design, are owned by or licensed to 1019. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "1019 Senior Living," "Belle's Place," and related names and logos are our trademarks.

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and print Website pages for your personal, non-commercial use. All other uses need our prior written permission.

Your submissions. If you send us comments, reviews, stories, photos, suggestions, or Team Shout Out submissions, you give 1019 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display them for any lawful purpose. We will get separate written permission before publishing a person's name, photo, or story in marketing. You confirm that you have the right to share what you submit.

Only submit information about another person, such as a team member or resident, that you have the right to share. We may edit, decline, or remove any submission.

‍

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to or embed third-party sites and services, such as maps, social media, video players, review sites, hiring platforms, and resource pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link does not mean we endorse it. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Chat and care assessment tools. Our chat and care assessment features are provided by third parties, such as Instabot and Roobrik. Information you enter in them is also subject to those providers' terms and privacy policies. Assessment results are general guidance only. They are not a medical evaluation or a decision about admission to any community.

‍

9. Privacy and Health Information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through the Website, including through cookies and analytics. It is part of these Terms.

The Website is not meant for sharing health information. Health information about residents that our communities receive while providing care is handled under their Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable law, not under these Terms.

‍

10. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification

Disclaimer. THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, 1019 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100. This section applies only to the Website. It does not limit any rights or obligations under a residency, care, or employment agreement, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification. You agree to defend and hold harmless 1019 and its affiliates from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Accessibility. We want the Website to be usable by everyone. If you have trouble accessing any content, contact us and we will help.

Other terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website.
